Author's Note: Hah, betcha didn't know I wrote poetry too, did ya? Well, I do.
Especially haiku - I love haiku! This isn't one of my best poems, but I like it, you know? It's naff, but sort of deep. And it rhymes, if you notice.
Thinking about me
The man I am now and the
Man I was before...
All around me, this
Era I helped to forge by
The blade of my sword.
Battousai; killer
The manslayer, other me
Who I used to be.
Who have I become?
A rurouni with a home
...And a family?
Now surrounded by
Happiness, the sight of smiles
The sound of laughter,
Do I deserve it?
A chance to live happily
For ever after?
